Congratulations on completing Steps 1 - 4 of Operation Mosquito G.R.I.D.!

Important! To ensure you receive full credit for your participation so far, take the post-assessment before the deadline (check wth your teacher's for due date).

To receive the Vector Inspector of the Year Award you must, in addition to the main project, complete the 1, 3, and 6-month assessments by their deadlines.

Vector Inspector of the Year Checklist

Complete all steps by the deadlines on the calendar:

  • Pre-assessment Survey
  • Parent Permission Slip
  • Submit a post to the Egg Paper Padlet Platform
  • Return all components of the GRID KIT, including the egg paper
  • Post-assessment Survey
  • 3 check-in surveys (at 1, 3, and 6 months)

Vector Inspector of the Year is awarded toward the end of the spring semester. ​
